Human Rights

We support the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and our Human Rights Policy commits us to protect the rights of everyone who works for the Group and those who have dealings with it. The principles of the Policy cover child labour, forced labour, health and safety, freedom of association, discrimination, discipline, working hours and compensation.

The Director of Human Resources reports to the Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for the development of the Human Rights Policy and related matters, with the Presidents of each Region having responsibility for policy implementation within their respective Businesses.

Further information is included in the Our People section of our Annual Report which can be accessed via the link on the right of this page.
