"We’re delighted to attend herCAREER Expo for the first time this year in Munich, Germany. herCAREER is Europe’s leading careers fair and will enable us to connect directly with women across Germany and beyond. We want to share insights into careers within the sector and inspire women to come and join a space where they can play a huge part in shaping manufacturing now and for the future.
Our team are excited to welcome visitors to our stand, and our four speakers are particularly looking forward to sharing their stories and career insights. I truly believe that events like herCAREER can make a big positive difference, empowering women to achieve their goals.” Maria Antoniou, Group HR Director
Attendance of the Expo was championed by HR Manager at Morgan, Xenia, who commented: “Being an employer in a technical industry it is often difficult for us to attract diverse candidates. Events like herCAREER give us a great opportunity to raise our profile as an attractive employer, especially for women.
I am looking forward to meeting potential candidates at the event, and hearing more about their experiences. I can’t wait to see our four keynote speakers sharing their amazing stories too. Attending herCAREER is just one of many steps we are taking to attract and retain the great people we need to achieve our business goals”.
Xenia will be joined by other members of our team in Hall 2, Stand C.15, 17 and 18 October; visit the stand to meet them and talk about your career path at Morgan.
Morgan Speaker Kristina Sailer, Head of Sales Europe & Africa, commented: “I support herCAREER as there are so many extremely well-educated women out there that are desperately needed in our industry. We cannot afford to keep those women outside the workforce if we want to keep our position on the global market.”
In addition to our stand, we’re very excited to be taking this opportunity to shine the spotlight on four of our inspiring Morgan women at speaker sessions over the two day event. We believe that sharing stories and successes can empower other women. If you’re planning to attend, we’d love to see you at one of the sessions:
