The world of manufacturing needs more women, that’s why we are spreading the message at herCAREER Expo 2024

At Morgan we want at least 40% of our leadership population to be women. We know greater diversity strengthens our business. Careers fairs such as herCAREER are the perfect platform to demonstrate our commitment to achieving our goal and will help us to achieve a workforce that is more reflective of the communities that we serve.

The herCAREER Expo is open to all, but focusses on supporting women’s careers and professional advancement. The 2024 expo will welcome over 290 exhibitors, host more 300 talks and showcase more than 450 role models.

Attendance of the Expo was championed by HR Manager at Morgan, Xenia, who commented: “Being an employer in a technical industry it is often difficult for us to attract diverse candidates. Events like herCAREER give us a great opportunity to raise our profile as an attractive employer, especially for women.

I am looking forward to meeting potential candidates at the event, and hearing more about their experiences. I can’t wait to see our four keynote speakers sharing their amazing stories too. Attending herCAREER is just one of many steps we are taking to attract and retain the great people we need to achieve our business goals”.
