Group restructuring and efficiency programme
The Group restructuring and efficiency programme to simplify Morgan’s structure and drive efficiency in operations is completed.
We benefitted from the final savings from our restructuring programme in 2022, with savings a little over £3m for the full year, and of £23m for the programme as a whole.
We closed sites as part of the full programme, with the last site closed in the second half of 2021.
