The process to join our Morgan team
Step one: applying for a role
Find opportunities on our careers page and submit your application online. If your experience matches the role, our Talent Acquisition team will reach out.
Top Tip: Tailor your CV to highlight relevant skills and experiences. Even if you don’t meet every requirement, we encourage you to apply—potential matters as much as experience.
Not seeing the right role? You can still register a profile, upload your CV, and set up job alerts. Our Talent Team regularly searches our database, so by keeping your profile up to date, you increase your chances of being ‘found’ for future opportunities.

Step two: initial conversation (for most roles)
For office, engineering, regional, and global roles, we typically start with an informal Microsoft Teams call with our Talent Acquisition team.
This is a two-way conversation to explore if we’re a good fit for each other.
Top Tip: Come prepared with questions. This is your chance to understand the role, team, and company culture.

Step three: the interview process
Production & Site-Based Roles
- Interviews take place in person at the site.
- The interview typically consists of a 30 to 60-minute discussion about your experience and the role, often followed by a 45-minute site tour to give you a first-hand look at our workplace.
Top Tip: Wear comfortable, workplace-appropriate clothing; safety is a priority at our sites. If required, we provide safety shoes and safety glasses on-site to ensure your visit is safe.
Office, Engineering, and Corporate Roles
- After the initial Microsoft Teams call with the Talent Acquisition team, the next step is typically a Microsoft Teams call with the Hiring Team to discuss the role in more detail.
- If required, this may be followed by an on-site visit to meet the team and experience the working environment firsthand.
- On occasion, we may also invite you to complete an online personality or competency-based assessment. You will be notified in advance.
Top Tip: If you're invited for an on-site visit, think of it as an opportunity to get a feel for our environment and ask about team culture, growth opportunities, and work expectations.
Step four: offer & onboarding
After interviews are complete, we aim to make a decision and inform candidates within 48 hours. If you are successful, you will receive an offer via email and post, containing all the details you need.
