Our Performance Carbon business is proud to launch a state-of-the-art addition to their carbon brush family, the National™ S22 brush.

National™ S22 is a breakthrough product, specifically designed for wind turbines, developed as a result of close collaboration between our Performance Carbon team and our Carbon Science Centre of Excellence.

 

The National™ S22 brush achieves the same high-performance standards as brushes with higher silver content, thanks to its innovative material design.

Our new phase brush is specifically tailored for Vestas Wind Turbines, with compatibility across various turbine models and power ranges. We have enhanced brush performance by focusing on both brush and slip ring longevity in various environments, resulting in lower ownership costs for turbines due to reduced downtime, maintenance needs, and operational expenses.
